The Hub formally ”Oldbury Court Youth Centre” is managed by OCOSC. The grounds and buildings are owned by Bristol City Council leased to OCOSC who are responsible for the day to day maintenance of the site, as part of a long-term arrangement under the Community Asset Transfer Process. The council fund OCOSC by providing these grounds and buildings without charging rent.
