September 2020 Newsletter
Dear Parents and Carers,
We hope that you are all well. It is lovely to welcome so many new reception children into our group as well as greeting back familiar faces after such a long break. We hope you are all settling back into a more ‘normal’ routine after what has been a difficult summer.
Out of School provision
Due to the pandemic, the service we provide for breakfast and after school club has altered. The children have been used to a very different environment across our out of school clubs but they have been great and are adapting well to our change in routines and social distancing measures we have had to put in place. We now have out of school clubs running at Christchurch Junior school and Chester Park Infant school alongside our other satellite sites.
October half term
For the first time in over 30 years we unfortunately we will not be able to provide a holiday club service through the October half term. The government guidelines are to keep the children in their school and year bubbles and this is not viable given the diverse number of school we operate from.
Donations
Due to the pandemic our toys and equipment have been shared out amongst the new sites so if anyone has any donations of toys we would be very grateful.
Refunds and credit
If you are no longer using our services and you have credit please return a refund form from our website so we can issue you with a refund.
Unwell children
In these uncertain times please ensure we have up to date contact details of friends and family who are able to collect your child/ren in case they need to be collected at short notice due to illness.
